摘　　要：胃癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁人类健康,根治性手术是公认的胃癌最佳治疗手段。然而,对于进展期胃癌患者,单纯手术治疗效果欠佳,术后肿瘤复发率高。围术期综合治疗已成为目前胃癌治疗的重要策略,主要包括新辅助化疗、转化治疗、辅助化疗、放疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等方面,本文将从上述6方面对胃癌围术期综合治疗的新进展进行综述。Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors threatening human health,and radical surgery is considered as the best treatment.However,patients with advanced gastric cancer will get poor effect only performed with surgical resection,because of high recurrence.Perioperative comprehensive treatment has been a crucial strategy for gastric cancer,including neoadjuvant chemotherapy,conversion therapy,adjuvant chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy.This article will review the new progress of perioperative comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer from the above six aspects.
