西班牙全球公民教育的推进及启示

摘　　要：大学作为为全球公民提供教育的主要媒介,不仅是孕育知识的地方,也能教授人们认知社会,其目的是让学生学会面对全球化下的种种挑战。西班牙积极推动全球公民教育的发展,大学重视国际合作交流,社会组织积极参与,政府部门通过立法保障全球公民教育的实施。由西班牙全球公民教育的推进来看,当前大学推进全球公民教育,要保障学校、政府、社会三位一体,改革学校课程,优化学校教育目标,增强政府与社会的通力合作,以适应全球公民教育的需要,才能更好地回应全球公民教育的国际趋势。Universities,as the main medium of providing education for global citizens,are not only the place where knowledge is nurtured,but also the place where people can learn to recognize society.Their purpose is to let students learn to face the challenges of globalization.Spain actively promotes the development of global citizenship education,where the universities attach importance to international cooperation and exchange,the social organizations actively participate in it,and the government departments guarantee the implementation of global citizenship education through legislation.From the perspective of the promotion of global citizenship education in Spain,the universities currently should guarantee the trinity of school,government and society to promote the global citizenship education,reform school curriculum,optimize school education objectives,enhance the cooperation between government and society,adapt to the needs of global citizenship education,and better respond to the international trend of global citizenship education.
