摘　　要：目的对化妆品中甲醛含量能力验证的结果进行分析与讨论,提高实验室的检测技术能力与水平。方法按照能力验证作业指导书对样品按比例稀释后,按照《化妆品安全技术规范》2015版的高效液相色谱法和乙酰丙酮分光光度法分别进行测定。判定规则采用"Z"评分法:|Z|≤2为满意结果,2<|Z|<3为可疑结果,|Z|≥3为不满意结果。结果能力验证结果显示:有20个实验室参加能力验证,满意数:18个,不满意:1个(5%),可疑数:1个(5%);广州市疾控中心实验室参加能力验证样品结果|Z|≤2。结论参加能力验证实验是外部质量控制的重要保证方法,是确保实验室具有较高检测水平而对其检测能力进行考核和监督,20个实验室参加能力验证满意率达到了90%,广州市疾控中心实验室参加能力验证结果评定为满意,满意率达到100%。Objective To analyze and discuss on the verification results of formaldehyde content in cosmetics,and to improve the laboratory detection capability and level.Methods The samples were diluted according to the capability verification instructions,and then determinated according to the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and the acetylacetone spectrophotometry in 2015 Safety Technical Specifications for Cosmetics respectively.The judgment rule adopted"Z"scoring method:|Z|≤2 was satisfactory result,2<|Z|<3 was suspicious result,|Z|≥3 was dissatisfactory result.Results There were 20 laboratories having participated in the proficiency test,and the results showed that there were 18 satisfactory results,one dissatisfactory result(5%)and one suspicious result(5%).The capability verification result of samples in the laboratory of Guangzhou center for disease control and prevention was satisfied(|Z|≤2).Conclusion Participation in the capability verificationt is an important guarantee for external quality control.And the detection ability of the laboratory is monitored and supervised to ensure that it has a relatively high detection level.The satisfaction rate of 20 laboratories participating in the capability verification reached 90%.The verification result of the laboratory in Guangzhou center for disease control and prevention was assessed as satisfactory and its satisfaction rate was 100%.
