摘  要:目的探讨强化护理管理对儿科护理人员工作倦怠与工作压力的影响。方法选择2017年4月—2019年5月该院儿科20名护理人员作为研究对象。2017年4月—2018年4月,该组护理人员接受常规管理措施;2018年5月—2019年5月,该组护理人员在常规管理措施的基础上应用强化护理管理方案。对比强化护理管理实施前后儿科护理人员工作倦怠与工作压力的变化。结果该组护理人员强化护理管理实施后时间分配与工作量、工作环境与仪器设备、护理专业与工作方面、患者护理方面、管理与人际关系方面评分均低于实施前(P<0.05)。该组护理人员强化护理管理实施后个人成就感低落评分高于实施前(P<0.05),去人格化与情感衰竭低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论强化护理管理能够有效改善儿科护理人员工作倦怠与工作压力,保障服务质量。Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing management on job burnout and work stress of pediatric nursing staff.Methods Twenty nursing staff of pediatrics in the hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.From April 2017 to April 2018,the nursing staff of this group accepted routine management measures;from May 2018 to May 2019,the nursing staff of this group applied intensive nursing management schemes on the basis of conventional management measures.The changes of pediatric nurses'job burnout and work stress before and after the implementation of intensive nursing management were compared.Results The scores of time allocation and workload,work environment and equipment,nursing specialty and work,patient care,management and interpersonal relationship after the implementation of intensive nursing management in this group were lower than before implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of intensive nursing management in this group of nursing staff,the score of low personal accomplishment was higher than before implementation(P<0.05),and depersonalization and emotional failure were lower than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening nursing management can effectively improve job burnout and work pressure of pediatric nursing staff and ensure service quality.
