摘 要:目的探究评教评学模式在肿瘤外科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取于该院肿瘤外科实习的80名护生作为研究对象,纳入时间为2019年2月,实习时间为2周,采用数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组40名,对照组采用传统带教模式教学,观察组采用评教评学模式进行教学,对比例两组护生实习结束后的综合能力评价和对带教老师的综合能力评价。结果观察组护生和带教老师的综合能力评价总分均大于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论评教评学模式在肿瘤外科护理带教中的应用效果十分显著,能够有效提升护生和带教老师的综合能力。Objective To explore the application effect of teaching evaluation mode in nursing teaching of tumor surgery.Methods 80 nursing students in our hospital's oncology internship were selected as the research object.The enrollment time was February 2019 and the internship time was 2 weeks.They were divided into control group and observation group by digital random method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode for teaching,and the observation group used the teaching and evaluation mode for teaching.The comparative evaluation of the comprehensive ability of the nursing students after the internship and the comprehensive ability evaluation of the teaching teachers were compared.Results The total scores of comprehensive ability evaluation of nursing students and teaching teachers in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of teaching evaluation mode in tumor surgery nursing teaching is very effective,it can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students and teaching teachers.
