摘　　要：肿瘤科护士对于自身防护不足,医院对护理人员的防护没有采取合理措施,防护制度建设不完善,防护管理意识不强,所以肿瘤科护士还暴露在危险中。该文分析肿瘤科护士职业危险因素及职业防护现状,提出完善对策及职业安全教育培训;建立规范管理制度,重视管理;硬件配套设施配备完善;实行人性化管理措施,完善对肿瘤科护士保护。Nurses in oncology departments are inadequately protecting themselves,hospitals have not taken reasonable measures to protect nursing staff,the protection system is not perfect,and protection management awareness is not strong.Therefore,oncology nurses are still exposed to danger.Analyzing the occupational risk factors of oncology nurses,understanding the status of occupational protection,and putting forward comprehensive countermeasures are a powerful protection for oncology nurses.Perform occupational safety education and training;Establish a standardized management system,attach importance to management;complete hardware supporting facilities;implement humane management measures,and improve the protection of oncology nurses.
