摘  要:管幕-结构法下穿太原火车站站场地下通道工程,具有断面大、埋深浅、地表沉降控制严格等特点。为揭示管幕-结构法施工特点,采用数值计算对群管顶进、钢管切割及混凝土浇筑、土方大开挖等主要工序下,股道、站台沉降变化规律进行研究;并依据管幕结构施工地表沉降曲线特征,制定股道允许沉降控制标准。结果表明:(1)采用先下后上的钢管顶进次序,利于减小地表沉降;(2)管幕-结构法施工中,群管顶进、钢管切割与混凝土浇筑以及土方开挖引发的地表沉降比例分别为50%、36%和14%;(3)管幕-结构法施工地表横向槽主要出现在W+2Htan41°范围内;(4)股道允许沉降值为21 mm。The underground project crossing Taiyuan Railway Station is constructed by Pipe-curtain Structural Method(PSM). It has the characteristics of large cross-section, shallow burial depth and strict control of surface settlement. To disclose the characteristic of PSM construction, the law of settlement of track and platform is studied first by numerical calculation during the process of PSM construction. The simulation covers steel pipe jacking, steel pipe cutting, concrete casting and soil excavation. Then the allowable settlement standard of station track is formulated based on settlement curve of PSM construction. The results show that:(1) The down-top sequence of pipe jacking is helpful to reduce surface subsidence.(2) In the construction of PSM, the proportions of ground settlement caused by group pipe-jacking, steel pipe cutting and concrete pouring, soil excavation are 50%, 36% and 14% respectively.(3) The transverse grooves of the surface induced by PSM mainly appear in the scope of.(4)The allowable settlement value of the track is 21 mm.
