尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析评估在急性脑梗塞治疗过程中应用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2020年2月于本院接受治疗的急性脑梗塞患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组常规治疗,观察组应用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果和安全性。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗前,患者神经功能缺损评分对比差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组患者神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组脑出血发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗塞治疗过程中应用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗效果显著,安全性较高,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase during the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2020 were taken as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with30 cases in each group. The control group was treated routinely, the observation group was treated with urokinase intravenous thrombolysis for clinical treatment. Compare the clinical treatment effect and safety of the two groups. Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than the control group’ s 80.00%(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the neurological deficit scores of patients before treatment, after treatment, the neurological deficit scores of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of urokinase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant effects and high safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
