摘  要:放射免疫分析技术是应用核素示踪技术和体外放射分析技术进行机体的功能研究和对体内的微量物质实施超微量分析的一项实用技术。在这章内容的教学中,基本原理、基础知识的系统讲授必不可少,原理分析生动有趣又严谨求实,临床实训课突出提高学生的动手能力、创新意识和严谨求实的实验精神,懂得误差引入与控制,积极引导学生汲取网络资源,了解前沿。通过教学内容、教学方式等方面的不断改进,提高放射免疫分析教学质量。Radioimmunoassay(RIA)is a practical technique to study the function of human body and to analyze the micro substance in vivo by using nuclide tracing technique and in vitro radioimmunoassay technique.In the teaching of this chapter,the systematic teaching of basic principles and basic knowledge is essential.The principle analysis is vivid,interesting,rigorous and realistic.The practice class highlights the improvement of students'practical ability and innovation awareness,understands the introduction and control of errors,and actively guides students to learn network resources and understand the frontier.Through the continuous improvement of teaching content and teaching methods,the teaching quality of radioimmunoassay is improved.
