摘  要:航空货运在速运业务中占有较大的比例。货运飞机起飞时间相比客运飞机更加灵活,只要装机完成后即可申请起飞,因此无法为其制定起飞时刻表。如果不做起飞排序优化,就会导致货运飞机聚集在跑道入口端长时等待。等待过程中消耗大量燃油,造成成本增加和环境污染。利用事件调度法的原理,在双跑道混合起降模式下,建立以货运飞机总在场时间最短为目标函数的优化模型,利用遗传算法求解,为货运飞机起飞排序和跑道指派进行优化。最后用Anylogic建立智能体仿真模型,用企业实例进行验证。结果证明优化方案有效降低飞机在跑道端的等待时间,提高了跑道利用率。Air cargo accounts for a large proportion of the express transportation business.The departure time of a cargo aircraft is more flexible than that of a passenger aircraft.As long as the installation is completed,it can be applied for departure,so it is impossible to set a departure timetable for it.If do not optimize the departure sequence,it will cause the cargo aircraft to gather and wait at the entrance of the runway.A large amount of fuel is consumed during the waiting process,resulting in increased costs and environmental pollution.Based on the principle of event scheduling method,this paper establishes an optimization model with the shortest total time of the cargo aircraft in the mixed arrival-departure mode.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem of cargo aircraft departure sequencing and runway assignment.Finally,the intelligent simulation model is built with Anylogic and verified with the enterprise instance.The results show that the optimization scheme effectively reduces the waiting time of the aircraft at the entrance of runway and improves the runway utilization.
