摘　　要：我国某市已经出现针对智能锁具的系列入室盗窃案,但是对于智能锁具非法开启的盗窃案件的现场勘查和检验鉴定方法还鲜有报道。为有效打击非法开启智能锁的入室盗窃案件,笔者研究了市场上常见智能锁的结构和非法开启手段,发现针对智能锁的非法开启手段会在门的面板和方钢等部位留下痕迹,同时一些高端智能锁还会留下相应的电子痕迹,在此基础上提出针对家用智能锁的非法开锁方法现场勘查的要点。Smart lock comes into use,concomitantly,the crimes occur of illegally unlocking smart lock with the Internetavailable articles and videos introducing methods on how to attain such a goal.Even,some vendors also illicitly sell the tools and tutorials for the unlocking smart lock to come true.As a result,burglaries have already taken place from quitting the blockage of smart lock.Nevertheless,the forensic investigation is at present rarely reported of inspecting the crime scene and identifying the criminal artifices about these delicts.In order to effectively crack down the burglary of illegally unlocking smart lock,this paper parses several common tools and means of illegally unlocking smart lock through scrutinizing the structures of commonly market-buyable smart locks.Illegally unlocking smart lock will leave evidential traces on the panel and square steel of the door/lock.Likewise,the evidential electronic traces will be left with some high-value smart locks which are supposedly unlocked from the pulse electromagnetic wave to interfere their built-in programs,hence having signed into their memory of the illegally unlocking manner,time and other information.Consequently,key points are herewith put forward on scene investigation into illegally unlocking smart lock.On one hand,attentions should be certainly paid to the discovery and extraction of the traditional evidence,e.g.,fingerprints,DNA and tool traces.On the other hand,vigilance should be kept to look for the electronic data in the smart lock no matter whether typical evidential traces are found or not.
