摘　　要：目的探讨垂体腺瘤梗死性卒中的MRI影像学特征。方法回顾性分析10例经病理证实的垂体腺瘤梗死性卒中病人的影像学资料,着重探究其MRI影像学特点。结果10例病人中,MRI平扫缺乏恒定的影像学特征;在动态增强MRI影像上,肿瘤周边均呈“环形强化征”,其中明显环形强化8例,中度环形强化2例;肿瘤内部质地欠均匀,瘤内出现斑片状强化7例。结论垂体腺瘤梗死性卒中在MRI平扫缺乏诊断的特异性;在垂体动态增强MRI上,肿瘤周边“环形强化征”伴瘤内斑片状强化的影像学特点具有极其重要的诊断价值。Objective To discuss the imaging features of MRI for infarct-type stroke of pituitary adenoma.Methods Imaging data of 10 patients with infarct-type stroke of pituitary adenoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively,and the imaging characteristics were further analyzed.Results MRI plain scan failed to display consistent imaging characteristic in 10 patients in this study.While the periphery of the tumors showed ring enhancement sign,including obvious ring enhancement in 8 patients and moderate ring enhancement in 2.The internal texture of the tumor was uneven and patchy enhancement occurred in 7 patients in dynamic contrast enhanced MRI.Conclusions Infarct-type stroke of pituitary adenoma lacks specificity in MRI plain scan for its diagnosis,but the imaging characteristics of ring enhancement sign in tumor periphery and patchy enhancement in tumor texture in dynamic contrast enhanced MRI are of extremely important value for diagnosing infarct-type stroke of pituitary adenoma.
