金属烤瓷桥在重度牙周病患者修复治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析金属烤瓷桥在重度牙周病患者修复治疗中的效果。方法选取50例重度牙周病患者,对其实施金属烤瓷桥修复治疗,观察修复效果。结果修复后的龈沟液、牙龈出血、菌斑指数和牙周均较天然牙有改善,且随着时间的延长改善程度增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。金属烤瓷桥对重度牙周病导致的牙缺失与松动均有良好的恢复效果,经一年的观察,修复总有效率达到96.0%。结论重度牙周病患者应用金属烤瓷桥修复治疗,可显著改善患者的牙周指数,并对患者的对侧天然牙进行修复,临床效果优良。Objective To study the effect of metal porcelain bridge in the repair and treatment of patients with severe periodontal disease. Methods 50 patients with severe periodontal disease who volunteered to participate in the restoration treatment were given metal porcelain bridge. The restoration efficacy was observed. Results After restoration, the gingival crevicular fluid, gingival bleeding, plaque index and periodontal were all improved compared with natural teeth, and the degree of improvement increased with time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Metal porcelain bridges had a good recovery effect on tooth loss and loosening caused by severe periodontal disease. After one year of observation, the total effective rate of restoration reached 96.0%. Conclusions For patients with severe periodontal disease, the application of metal porcelain bridges during restoration treatment can significantly improve the periodontal index of the patients and restore the contralateral natural teeth of the patients with excellent clinical results.
