摘  要:目的:分析磁共振弥散加权成像和磁共振波普成像在脑胶质瘤鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法:截取自2019年1月至2020年4月于本院治疗的脑胶质瘤患者46例,按照患者采用检查方式的不同将其分为观察组(磁共振弥散加权成像)以及对照组(磁共振波谱成像),观察对比两组患者检查准确率、图像清晰度。结果:(1)对比两组患者检查准确率:实验结果表明,观察组患者准确、误诊、漏诊的几率与对照组患者相比相差不大,两组患者数据对比不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)对比两组患者图像清晰度:实验结果表明,观察组患者图像总清晰度与对照组患者相比相差不大,两组患者数据对比不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对脑胶质瘤患者采用磁共振弥散加权成像以及磁共振波普成像进行鉴别诊断皆具有较高的检查准确率以及图像清晰度,临床可根据患者实际情况合理选择使用检查方式。Objective To analyze the clinical value of DWI and pop-up MRI in the differential diagnosis of gliomas.Methods From January 2019 to April 2020,46 patients with gliomas were divided into two groups:the observation group (MR diffusion-weighted imaging) and the control group (MR spectrum imaging).The accuracy and clarity of the two groups were observed.Results (1) Compare the accuracy rate of the two groups of patients:the experimental results show that the rate of accuracy,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in the observation group is similar to that in the control group,and there is no statistical significance between the two groups of patients (P>0.05);(2) Compare the image clarity of the two groups of patients:the experimental results show that the total image clarity of the observation group is similar to that of the control group There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The differential diagnosis of gliomas with DWI and pop-up MRI has high accuracy and clarity.The clinical examination method can be reasonably selected according to the actual situation of patients.
