摘　　要：人类命运共同体思想包含了对人类命运普遍、平等、公正而深入的关切,这种伦理指向的包容性关切来源于对生命平等的肯定。构建人类命运共同体不仅需要通过经济、政治和文化的路径,还需要通过伦理路径,只有这样才能整体而有效地推进。在新冠疫情背景下,世界各国的利益距离、政治距离和价值距离都面临扩大的趋势,而家庭和社区作用的重启则意味着伦理距离在逐渐缩小,因此关注伦理精神的复苏是构建人类命运共同体新的突破口。在宣传、沟通、对话人类命运共同体思想,在构建人类命运共同体的合作行动中,需要进一步凸显共生共在的国际伦理精神。将共生共在提升为国际伦理准则并使之融合在现有的经济路径、政治路径和文化路径之中,更有利于促进世界各国团结合作积极参与全球治理,共同应对全球公共安全危机,更有利于促进人类命运共同体的构建。如果忽视共生共在的国际伦理精神,就忽视了引导全球合作的新力量。Based on the faith in the equality of human life,the thought of a community of shared future for mankind contains deep concerns about universality,equality and justice.The construction of such a community is an economic,political and cultural issue as well as an ethical one.The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic somehow has widening the benefits,political and ideological gaps among the countries in the world,while narrowing the ethical distance of people with revival of family and community values.Such a revival of ethical spirit is a window of opportunity for building a community of shared future for mankind.Efforts should be made to promote the idea of international symbiosis ethics,and making it an universal ethical standard,to be followed by nations in global economic,political,and cultural exchanges.Its establishment will not only greatly promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind,but also cooperation in global governance,including effective response to global public security crises.
