高校要在常态化疫情防控中践行立德树人初心使命

摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控中,高校要贯彻“三全育人”理念,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。一是坚持目标导向,战“疫”励志,坚定学生理想信念,铿锵筑梦、丹心向党、厚积本领、淬炼成钢;二是坚持问题导向,破“疫”之困,疏导学生情绪认知,让学生微笑起来、自立起来、成熟起来、文明起来、坚毅起来;三是坚持效果导向,化“疫”为机,积极创新思路举措,做到目标上站位高远、形式上新颖有效、内容上客观有度、保障上协同配合。只有如此,才能在常态化疫情防控中落实好立德树人根本任务。In the prevention and control of CONVID-19 epidemics,colleges and universities should follow the concept of“all-round education in three aspects”.Ideological and political work should be carried out through the whole process of education and teaching.Firstly,we should adhere to the goal-oriented approach,fight the epidemic,firm students’ideals and beliefs,build dreams,go with the party,master more skills and ex ercise wills.Secondly,we should adhere to the problem-oriented approach,breakthrough the dilemma of epidemics,channel students’emotion and cognition,let students smile to face life,get stronger and grow up in a rapid way.Thirdly,we should adhere to the effect-oriented approach,turn an outbreak into an opportunity,actively work out ideas and initiatives,set ambitious goals,effectively form and design objectives and contents to coordinate in all aspects.Only in this way can the ideological and political work of college students achieve more in the regular epidemic prevention and control.
