摘 要:采用市售黄豆、油菜籽、花生籽、葵花籽压榨制备毛油,并进行脱胶实验以探究湿法净化磷酸对油脂加工工艺中脱胶工段的影响。实验采用水化法、柠檬酸、酸化法、热法磷酸酸化法与湿法净化磷酸酸化法进行脱胶对比,以脱胶率为判断依据,验证PPA酸化法在植物毛油中的脱胶能力。结果表明:与水化脱胶相比,采用PPA对大豆、菜籽、花生、葵花籽毛油进行脱胶,脱胶率分别可提高46.31%、9.23%、28.87%、38.77%;采用热法酸脱胶率分别可提高46.02%、9.27%、29.26%、37.85%;采用柠檬酸脱胶率可提高49.13%、10.63%、34.30%、47.55%。最后得出结论:酸化法脱胶比水化法效果更佳;酸化法中的柠檬酸、TPA、PPA均能提高毛油脱胶率;相较而言柠檬酸效果略好于PPA、TPA;而TPA、PPA无显著性差异。In order to explore the effects of purified wet phosphoric acid(PPA)on the degumming section,a series of experiments on the degumming of the crude oil squeezed from rape seed,peanut,soybean and sunflower seeds were carried out.And the different effects on the degumming section between PPA、TPA and citric acid were compared.The experimental results indicates that the citric acid can increase the degumming rate by 49.13%,10.63%,34.30%and 47.55%for the crude oil squeezed from rape seed,peanut,soybean and sunflower seeds,respectively,which is slightly better than phosphoric acid.The wet phosphoric acid can increase the degumming rate of the crude oil squeezed from rape seed,peanut,soybean and sunflower seeds by 46.31%,9.23%,28.87%and 38.77%,respectively,which is nearly the same with the hot phosphoric acid(increased by 46.02%,9.27%,29.26%and 37.85%,respectively).
