摘　　要：粮食中真菌毒素污染问题已经成为食品安全的重要隐患,本文综述了真菌毒素的产生、对人类的危害以及国家制定的限量标准,研究探讨快速定量检测方法中Charm Rosa真菌毒素检测系统的应用。The contamination of mycotoxins in cereal has become an important hidden danger in food safety,This article reviews the production of mycotoxins,the harm to human beings and the limit standards established by the state,Application of mycotoxin detection system Charm Rosa rapid quantitative detection method was studied.
