摘　　要：选取2016—2019年在本院口腔正畸科就诊的20例上颌埋伏前牙(22颗)进行矫治患者作为研究对象。介绍在CBCT辅助诊断下采用外科开窗,正畸牵引的过程。着重探讨如何预防埋伏牙牙龈退缩,邻牙损伤,支抗丢失等问题。为临床医师在处理此类问题时提供参考及借鉴。This paper summarizes 20 cases of embedded maxillary anterior teeth(22 teeth)from 2016 to 2019,and introduces the process of surgical fenestration and orthodontic traction under the auxiliary diagnosis of CBCT.This paper focuses on how to prevent gingival recession,adjacent tooth injury,anchorage loss and so on.To provide reference for clinicians in dealing with such problems.
