摘 要:目的探讨基于"雨课堂"的混合教学模式在高职《社区护理》教学中应用效果。方法于2018—2019学年第二学期整群随机抽样方式抽取本校护理专业2017级四个班级作为研究对象,随机将17护理1、2班92名学生确定为观察组,将17护理3、4班94名学生确定为对照组。观察组采用基于"雨课堂"的混合教学模式,对照组采用常规教学模式。教学结束比较两组学习成绩、学习投入和自主学习能力。结果观察组平时成绩、期末成绩、学习投入总分及各维度得分、自主学习能力总分及各维度得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论观察组平时成绩、期末成绩、学习投入总分及各维度得分、自主学习能力总分及各维度得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。Objective To explore the application effect of the mixed teaching mode based on"rain classroom"in the teaching of community nursing.Methods During the second semester of school year 2018-2019,students majored in nursing were selected as study subjects by cluster sampling method from four classes of grade 2017 in Hefei technology college.92 students from class one and class two were divided into observation group and 94 students from class three and class four were divided into control group.The observation group adopted a mixed teaching mode based on"rain classroom"and the control group used regular teaching mode.At the end of the teaching,academic performance,learning engagement and autonomous learning ability of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of midterm results and terminal test,the total score of learning engagement and the scores of each dimension,the total score of autonomous learning ability and the scores of each dimension of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the mixed teaching mode based on"rainy classroom"in community nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges can improve the teaching effect,increase students’ learning engagement and enhance their autonomous ability,which is worth promoting.
