摘　　要：目的探讨不伴有躯体疾病的功能性精神障碍患者的血清胱抑素C(Cys C)水平。方法统计分析2018年1月至2019年9月首次在本院住院诊断为不伴有躯体疾病的678例功能性精神障碍患者的血清Cys C水平及其参考值范围。结果Cys C水平呈正态分布,其中641例(94.54%)患者的血清Cys C水平在0.64~1.26 mg/L内,男性患者与女性患者有类似分布。血清Cys C总体中位数为0.93 mg/L,95%在0.63~1.26 mg/L内。患者的血清Cys C水平随年龄增长而增加,男性高于女性;少年组和青年组间无统计学差异(P>0.05),其余各年龄组间均有统计学差异(均P<0.05),年龄差距越大,差异越显著。患者的血清Cys C水平的正常参考值范围总体为0.57~1.27 mg/L,其中男性组为0.62~1.32 mg/L,女性组为0.56~1.18 mg/L。结论不伴有躯体疾病的功能性精神障碍患者的血清Cys C水平随年龄增长而增加,男性高于女性;不伴有躯体疾病的功能性精神障碍患者的血清Cys C水平与健康人群相似。Objective To explore the serum cystatin C(Cys C)levels in patients with functional mental disorders without physical diseases.Method The serum Cys C levels and their references range of 678 patients who were diagnosed as functional mental disorders without physical diseases for the first time in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were analyzed statistically.Results The serum Cys C levels in 678 patients were normally distributed,among them,the serum Cys C levels of 641 patients(94.54%)were in the range of 0.64 to 1.26 mg/L,and the distribution of male patients was similar to that of female patients.The overall median of serum Cys C was 0.93 mg/L,and the serum Cys C levels of 95%patients were in the range of 0.63 to 1.26 mg/L.The serum Cys C levels in patients increased with age,and the serum Cys C levels in men were higher than those in women;there was no statistically significant difference between the juvenile group and the youth group(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences among the other age groups(all P<0.05),the greater the difference in age was,the more significant the difference of serum Cys C level was.The normal reference range of serum Cys C levels in patients was 0.57 to 1.27 mg/L,which was 0.62 to 1.32 mg/L in male group and 0.56 to 1.18 mg/L in female group.Conclusions The serum Cys C levels in patients with functional mental disorders without physical diseases increased with age,and the serum Cys C levels in men were higher than those in women;the serum Cys C levels in patients with functional mental disorders without physical diseases were similar to those in healthy people.
