摘　　要：通过分析本科2019年4月1日收治的1例原发性食管恶性黑色素瘤胃转移的诊疗经过,为食管恶性黑色素瘤的诊疗提供经验。By analyzing the diagnosis and treatment of a case of primary malignant melanoma of the esophagus with gastric metastasis in our department,we can provide experience for the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal malignant melanoma.
