男性乳腺癌临床特征及内分泌治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：男性乳腺癌是一种罕见且特殊的恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势。男性乳腺癌临床主要表现为无痛的乳晕下肿块,且大多数患者激素受体阳性率较高,预后差。随着男性乳腺癌治疗研究的不断深入,内分泌治疗已逐渐成为晚期或转移性男性乳腺癌患者的主要治疗方法。内分泌治疗的主要药物有他莫昔芬、芳香化酶抑制剂、促性腺激素释放激素类似物、抗雄激素、氟维司群等。随着对内分泌治疗的深入探究,内分泌联合靶向治疗与新辅助内分泌治疗已成为治疗的新手段,不仅明显改善了乳腺癌患者的预后、提高了生活质量,还为男性乳腺癌患者的治疗提供了新方向。Male breast cancer is a rare and special malignant tumor,the incidence of which is on the rise in recent years.Its main clinical manifestation is painless subareolar mass,and most patients have a high hormone receptor positive rate,and poor prognosis.With the continuous development of male breast cancer treatment,endocrine therapy has gradually become the main treatment for advanced or metastatic male breast cancer patients.The main drugs of endocrine therapy include:tamoxifen,aromatase inhibitors,gonadotropin releasing hormome analogue,antiandrogen,fulvestrant,etc.With the further exploration of endocrine therapy,endocrine combined targeted therapy and neoadjuvant endocrine therapy have become new treatment methods,which not only significantly improve the prognosis and the quality of life,but also provide a new direction for the treatment of male breast cancer patients.
