摘  要:核质转运参与多种细胞生物学进程,如基因表达、细胞周期进展、细胞凋亡以及信号转导等。分子量大于40000的蛋白质通过核孔复合体主要依靠核转运蛋白。核转运蛋白基因2(KPNA2)是核胞质转运蛋白α家族的七个成员之一,在大分子的核转运中起至关重要的作用。大分子物质的核转运通过促进肿瘤细胞进展和恶性细胞转化而改变细胞表型。KPNA2在乳腺癌肿瘤组织中的表达上调,且KPNA2的异常表达与患者的预后差相关,提示KPNA2在肿瘤形成和进展过程中扮演重要角色。Nucleocytoplasmic transport is involved in many cell biological processes,such as gene expression,progression of the cell cycle,apoptosis and signal transduction etc.Macromolecules larger than 40000 depend primarily on nuclear transporters for getting through the nuclear pore complex.Karyopherin alpha 2(KPNA2)is one of seven members of the karyopherina protein family that has a vital role in nuclear transport of macromolecules nuclear transport.Nuclear transport of macromolecules changes cell phenotype by promoting tumor cell progression and malignant cell transformation.Several studies in recent years have demonstrated that KPNA2 is upregulated in breast cancer and its aberrant expression is often associated with adverse outcomes in the patients,indicating that KPNA2 plays a significant role in tumor occurrence and progression.
