摘  要:虽然现代医疗新出的诸多综合治疗方案改善了乳腺癌患者的预后,但乳腺癌仍是女性主要的恶性肿瘤疾病,也是较为致命的恶性肿瘤疾病之一。恶性肿瘤经典病理特征对其早期准确诊断具有重要价值,但该诊断仅仅基于肿瘤组织样本的诊断,存在一定误差,可能会造成误诊与漏诊等,故找到一种新的非侵入性方法或标志物作为肿瘤信息源,并能够经外周血标准获得,对肿瘤早期诊断意义重大,同时还有利于药物耐药、肿瘤转移、肿瘤复发的监测。外泌体(纳米囊泡)作为一种能够获得的有效细胞信息来源,是目前恶性肿瘤研究的热点,其不仅可能有助于乳腺癌的早期诊断,还对可能肿瘤的进展、浸润、转移、复发、耐药等的早期预测及评估有一定价值。Although many new comprehensive treatments in modern medicine have improved the prognosis of breast cancer,it is still the main malignant tumor disease in women,and also one of the most fatal malignant tumors.The classical pathological features of malignant tumors are of great value for the early and accurate diagnosis of malignant tumors.However,the diagnosis is only based on the tumor tissue samples,where lies some errors,and may lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Therefore,finding a new non-invasive method or marker as a source of tumor information and can be obtained through standard peripheral blood is of great significance for the early diagnosis of tumors.At the same time,it is also conducive to the monitoring of drug resistance,tumor metastasis,and tumor recurrence.Exosome(nano-vesicle),as an effective source of cellular information,has been a research hotspot in malignant tumors.Its application in breast cancer may not only be helpful to the early diagnosis of breast cancer,but also be valuable for the early prediction and assessment of tumor progress,invasion,metastasis,recurrence,and drug resistance.
