高职专业结构与产业结构契合性的个案研究——以长沙职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：专业结构与产业结构契合性指的是职业教育结构性发展要素与社会发展需求结构动态性吻合适应程度。科学设置专业、提高专业内涵建设水平是职业教育发展的基本要求。本文以长沙职业技术学院专业结构与长沙产业结构契合性为例,讨论了相关经验及不足,提出在职业教育治理背景下优化专业结构的若干策略。The adaptability between profession structure and industry structure refers to the degree of dynamic adaptation between the structural development elements of vocational education and the structure of social development needs. It is the basic requirement for the development of vocational education to set up majors scientifically and improve the level of profession connotive development. Taking Changsha Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper discusses the relevant experiences and shortcomings,and puts forward some strategies to optimize the profession structure under the background of vocational education governance.
