新辅助化疗联合间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗卵巢癌的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察新辅助化疗联合间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术对于晚期卵巢癌患者治疗效果。方法:选取2014年1月—2018年12月收治的121例晚期卵巢癌的患者,将其分为实验组与对照组,对照组54例患者给予初始肿瘤细胞减灭术,实验组67例患者给予新辅助化疗+间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗。比较两组围手术期各项指标以及副反应的发生情况。结果:实验组手术效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:新辅助化疗联合间歇性肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗晚期卵巢癌的近期疗效优于初始性肿瘤细胞减灭术。Objective About 2/3 of patients have reached the advanced stage when they have clinical symptoms,and is the most dangerous tumor of female reproductive system.We tries to observe the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy plus Interval Debulking surgery for advanced ovarian cancer.Methods Study subjects contain 121 patients with advanced ovarian cancer.We divide experimental group and control group according to whether neoadjuvant chemotherapy was given or not.The control group contains 54 patients,67 patients in the experimental group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Results The average operative time,average blood loss in the experimental group were(166.43±32.44)min,(235.17±46.72)mL,the values were all excellent.And we got more satisfied Debulking surgery in experimental group.Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy plus Interval Debulking surgery for patients is an effectively improve for advanced ovarian cancer.
