摘　　要：由于规模限制,装备制造业的小型企业在创新研发投入不足,严重影响企业竞争力。利用高校科研资源建设科技服务库,能够有效降低小型企业的研发成本,破解企业创新困局。针对装备制造业小型企业的科技服务需求,提出建设服务于这类企业的科技资源库建设方案。Small enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry invest little in research due to the limitation of scale,and that will do bad effect to their competitiveness.Taking advantages of universities’resource and building technology service base can effectively reduce the research cost of small enterprises and solve their innovation problems.This paper aims at the R&D requirements of these enterprises and gives advice about how to establish a technology service base.
