摘 要:本试验旨在研究黑水虻幼虫粉在蛋鸡育雏期饲粮中应用的可行性。选用480只健康状况良好的1日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只。G0、G3、G6、G9组蛋雏鸡分别饲喂含0(对照)、3%、6%、9%黑水虻幼虫粉(由采食餐厨垃圾的15日龄黑水虻幼虫制成)的等能等氮饲粮。试验期42 d。计算各组1~21日龄和1~42日龄的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比,测定21和42日龄胫骨长度,并分别于21和42日龄采集血液检测血清生化和抗氧化指标。结果显示:1)与G0组相比,G3组1~21日龄和1~42日龄平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),G3组1~21日龄料重比显著降低(P<0.05);1~21日龄和1~42日龄平均日采食量以及21、42日龄胫骨长度各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)G3、G6组血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量显著高于G0组(P<0.05),G3组血清尿素氮含量显著低于G0组(P<0.05),G3、G6组血清甘油三酯含量显著低于G0组(P<0.05)。3) G6、G9组21和42日龄血清总抗氧化能力显著高于G0组(P<0.05);与G0组相比,G3、G6、G9组21和42日龄血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),21和42日龄血清丙二醛含量显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);21和42日龄血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,采用等能等氮进行配方设计优化,黑水虻幼虫粉替代豆粕等蛋白质饲料原料配制蛋雏鸡饲粮是可行的,且以3%的使用量效果最佳。This experiment was conducted to study the feasibility of using black soldier fly larva meal in the diet of layer chickens.A total of 480 healthy 1-day-old Hailan brown layer chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 20 replicates in each group.Layer chickens in G0,G3,G6 and G9 groups were fed diets contained 0,3%,6%and 9%of the black soldier fly larval meal(made by 15 instar larvae that fed with kitchen waste),respectively.The 4 diets were isonitrogenous and isoenergetic.The experimental period was 42 days.The average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed/gain(F/G)of each group were measured at 1 to 21 days of age and 1 to 42 days of age,respectively,the tibia length(TL)was measured at 21 and 42 days of age,and the blood samples were collected to measure serum biochemical and antioxidant indexes at 21 and 42 days of age.The results showed as follows:1)the ADG of G3 group at 1 to 21 days of age and 1 to 42 days of age was significantly higher than that of G0 group(P<0.05),the F/G of G3 group at 1 to 21 days of age was significantly lower than that of G0 group(P<0.05).The ADFI at 1 to 21 days of age and 1 to 42 days of age and TL at 21 and 42 days of age were not significantly different among groups(P>0.05).Serum total protein(TP)and globulin(GLOB)contents of G3 and G6 groups were significantly higher than those of G0 group(P<0.05),and serum urea(UN)content of G3 group was significantly higher than that of G0 group(P<0.05),while serum triglyceride(TG)content of G3 and G6 groups was significantly lower than that of G0 group(P<0.05).3)Serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)at 21 and 42 days of age of G6 and G9 groups was significantly higher than that of G0 group(P<0.05).Compared with G0 group,the activity of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)at 21 and 42 days of age of G3,G6 and G9 groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of serum malondialdehyde(MDA)was significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in serum
