介入化疗与紫杉醇同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨介入化疗与紫杉醇同步化疗在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的临床疗效。方法筛选2016年至2019年在南阳市中心医院接受治疗的中晚期宫颈癌患者60例为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组接受放疗+辅助性化疗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,在放疗前实施介入化疗,放疗期间实施紫杉醇同步化疗,比较分析两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(76.67%,23/30)明显高于对照组(53.33%,16/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不良反应发生率方面观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中,联合应用介入化疗、紫杉醇同步放化疗,能提高治疗效果,降低不良反应率,应用价值显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional chemotherapy combined with Paclitaxel synchronous chemotherapy and radiotherapy on advanced cervical cancer.Methods Sixty patients with advanced cervical cancer who were treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from 2016 to 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment plan,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received radiotherapy+adjuvant chemotherapy.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group received interventional chemotherapy before radiotherapy,during radiotherapy,Paclitaxel synchronous chemotherapy was carried out.The results were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(76.67%,23/30)was significantly higher than that in the control group(53.33%,16/30,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,the combination of interventional chemotherapy,radiotherapy and Paclitaxel synchronous chemotherapy can improve the treatment effect,reduce the adverse reaction rate,and has significant application value.
