摘　　要：目的:探讨自体对侧乳腺组织瓣移植在乳腺癌改良根治术乳房再造中的应用。方法:抽取2018年7月至2019年12月吉林市中心医院收治的女性乳腺癌患者57例,年龄45~73岁,均一期完成乳腺癌改良根治术及自体对侧乳腺组织瓣转移乳房再造,供侧乳腺术前均接受乳腺超声、钼靶、磁共振检查,以排除恶性肿瘤可能。随访其手术效果。结果:57例患者均完成了一期乳房再造,术后两侧乳房基本对称,2例在术后早期有"并乳"现象,均于术后3个月内消失。随访2~17个月,未见肿瘤复发迹象。结论:自体对侧乳腺组织瓣移植作为一种即时乳房重建方法,对于乳腺癌女性尤其是乳房肥大下垂者,是一种可供选择的手术方式。Objective To investigate the feasibility of clinical application of autologous contralateral breast tissue in breast reconstruction during modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Fifty-seven female breast cancer patients aged 45-73 years who were treated in Jilin Central Hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected.All patients underwent a modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and breast reconstruction with autologous contralateral breast tissue flap transfer,and they received preoperative oncological screening with ultrasound,mammography,and magnetic resonance imaging which revealed the absence of malignant tumorsin the donor breast.The operation effects were followed up.Results Fifty-seven patients underwent a immediate breast reconstruction,and the breasts on both sides were basically symmetrical after surgery.Two patients had"combined milk"early in the postoperative period,and all of them disappeared within 3 months after operation.Followed up for 2 to 17 months,no recurrence was found up.Conclusions As a method of immediate breast reconstruction,autologous contralateral breast tissue flap transplantation is an alternative surgical method for breast cancer women,especially those with saggy breasts.
