清利化浊方联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染型胃炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨清利化浊方联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染型胃炎的临床效果。方法:抽取焦作市人民医院2017年2月至2019年3月收治的Hp感染型胃炎患者(脾胃湿热型)100例,采用双盲法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组50例。对照组患者接受四联疗法治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予清利化浊方治疗。比较两组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效、Hp清除率、病理变化。结果:治疗组患者胃脘痛、上腹胀满、口苦、反酸、大便黏滞的中医症候积分均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者第1周、第2周细菌清除率均高于对照组。治疗组患者病理表现(红斑渗出性、平坦糜烂性、隆起糜烂性、出血性、萎缩性、反流性、皱襞肥大性)发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:清利化浊方联合四联疗法可明显提升Hp感染型胃炎HP清除率及临床疗效,促进病理改变,减少中医证候,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the effects of qingli huazhuo recipe combined with quadruple therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-infective gastritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with Hp-infected gastritis(splenogastric damp-heat type)admitted to Jiaozuo People’s Hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected,and divided into control group and treatment group by double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy.The treatment group was given qingli huazhuo recipe on the basis of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,Hp clearance,and pathological changes were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the treatment group had epigastric pain points,epigastric fullness points,oral bitterness points,acid reflux points,and stool viscosity points were smaller than those in control group(P all<0.05),the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rates of patients in treatment group at the first week and the second week were higher than that in control group.Patients in treatment group were exudative erythema,flat erosive,raised erosive,hemorrhagic,atrophic,and reflux,crinkle hypertrophy,which were lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Qingli huazhuo recipe combined with quadruple therapy can significantly improve HP clearance and clinical efficacy of Hp-infected gastritis,promote pathological changes,reduce TCM syndromes,and promote patient rehabilitation.
