摘　　要：六西格玛属于一种非常先进的管理策略,最早是由任职于摩托罗拉企业的比尔史密斯所提出的,后在经济全球化的逐步推进过程中传入我国,并在我国各行业当中进行了应用。论文将对六西格玛管理策略在机械加工企业管理中的应用进行论述。Six Sigma is a very advanced management strategy.It was first put forward by Bill Smith,who worked in Motorola enterprise,and then it was introduced into China in the process of economic globalization,which has been applied in various industries in China.This paper will discuss the application of Six Sigma management strategy in the management of machining enterprises.
