摘　　要：中小企业融资难的问题在各国都普遍存在,作为发达国家的日本很多经验值得我国借鉴。论文分析日本中小企业融资的法律体系、融资体系、担保体系和评价体系的经验,结合我国现阶段中小企业发展的实际,从法律、融资、担保和服务创新方面提出了建议。The problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises is widespread in all countries.As a developed country,Japan has a lot of experience which is worth learning from.This paper analyzes the legal system,financing system,guarantee system and evaluation system of Japan's small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of law,financing,guarantee and service innovation in light of the actual development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
