摘  要:大众创业、万众创新背景下涌现了许多创业型公司,在良好的发展环境和有力的政策支持下,创业型公司发展并不乐观,其中解决人力资源流失问题一直是“痛点”,人才“招不来、用不好、留不住”等问题突出。论文基于当前创业型公司人力资源流失存在的问题,分析流失的成因,提出解决人才流失的对策。Many entrepreneurial companies have emerged under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.With a good development environment and strong policy support,the development of entrepreneurial companies are not optimistic.Among them,solving the problem of human resources loss has always been a"pain point".Talents have outstanding problems such as"unable to recruit,poorly used,and unable to retain".Based on the current problems existing in human resources loss in entrepreneurial companies,this paper analyzes the causes of the loss and proposes countermeasures to solve the problem of brain drain.
