摘  要:目的探讨以问题为导向(PBL)教学法在重症医学科规培医师培训气道管理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月广州医科大学附属第一医院广州呼吸健康研究院重症医学科100名规培医师作为对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照组采用传统教学培训方法,观察组开展PBL教学法。6个月教学后对教学质量进行评估,比较两组的理论成绩、气道管理技能评分、培训总满意度、气道并发症总发生率。结果观察组的理论成绩及气道管理技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的培训总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组气道管理过程中气道并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症医学科规培医师培训气道管理中采用PBL教学法利于提高其气道管理操作技能,且对培训方式满意度较高,利于减少患者气道并发症的发生,提高气道管理质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in the training of airway management for residents in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 100 residents in Intensive Care Unit of Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Health,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted traditional teaching model,and the observation group carried out PBL teaching.After six months of teaching,the teaching quality was evaluated,and the theoretical score,airway management skills score,total training satisfaction,and the total incidence of airway complications were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical score and airway management skills score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total training satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of airway complications during airway management in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For residents in intensive care unit,the use of PBL teaching model in the training of airway management is conducive to improving their airway management skills and the satisfaction of training methods is high,which is helpful to reduce the incidence of airway complications and improve the quality of airway management,which is worthy of promotion and application.
