摘 要:目的评估新型光学低相干反射仪Lenstar和Pentacam眼前节综合分析系统测量角膜屈光手术近视患者术前角膜厚度、角膜曲率的差异性与一致性,为临床使用提供依据。方法选取本院2019年3月1日至4月30日近视激光手术患者159例(159眼),均选取右眼,分别应用Lenstar和Pentacam测量中央角膜厚度(CCT)和平均角膜曲率(Km)。对2种仪器测量的结果差异性比较采用配对t检验,一致性比较采用Bland-Altman法。结果Lenstar测量CCT、Km的平均值分别为(538.27±27.97)μm、(43.44±1.30)D,均低于Pentacam(541.41±26.39)μm、(43.51±1.28)D,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2种仪器测量CCT、Km的95%一致性区间(LoA)较小,其上下限最大的绝对值分别为14.29μm、0.43 D,一致性好。结论Lenstar、Pentacam测量近视激光手术患者的中央角膜厚度、平均角膜曲率结果有一定差异,但是具有良好的一致性,可用于临床近视患者眼前节参数的测量。Objective To evaluate Lenstar versus Pentacam in measurement of central corneal thickness(CCT)and keratometry(K)in myopic patients before corneal refractive surgery,and to provide some clinical references.Methods A total of 159 right eyes of 159 patients who took corneal refractive surgery at our hospital form March to April 30,2019 were chosen.Their CCT and average K were measured by Lenstar and Pentacam.The results of the 2 methods were tested by t-test,and the coincidence was analyzed by Bland-Altman.Results The CCT and K measured by Lenstar were(538.27±27.97)μm and(43.44±1.30)D,and those by Pentacam(541.41±26.39)μm and(43.51±1.28)D,with statistical differences(both P<0.05).The Bland-Altman analysis showed that the two methods were comparable for CCT and K.Conclusion Although there are statistical differences,the CCT and K obstained by Lenstar and Pentacamhad have uniformity,and are worth being clinically used.
