摘  要:对新车型导入时拖钩盖板与一同喷涂的保险杠产生色差的原因进行了分析。通过对比及验证,证实色差发生的原因为拖钩盖板与保险杠的材质不同,二者的导电能力不同,导致色漆膜厚有差异。通过改进工装,提高拖钩盖板部位的静电吸附能力,解决了该问题。The reason for color difference between the tow hook cover and the bumper sprayed together was analyzed when a new model of car was introduced.Through comparison and verification,it was confirmed that the color difference was caused by the difference in thickness of the coatings on tow hook cover and bump which were made from the materials of different electrical conductivities.The problem was solved by improving the tooling which facilitated the electrostatic adsorption of the tow hook cover.
