摘 要:消能减震技术在我国民用建筑领域的应用与推广已有二十多年的历史。目前,越来越多原先采用减震技术的老旧房屋因为建筑功能调整等原因可能面临整体或局部改造。但相关的设计资料或工程经验尚较缺乏。本文结合一个历经多次加固改造的超限高层,阐述了采用减震技术再次进行加固设计和分析的全过程。该设计与分析流程对后续类似的工程具有一定的借鉴意义。The energy dissipation technology has been widely applied and spread in Chinese civil construction for over past 20 years.Nowadays,more and more old buildings which used to adopt energy dissipation technology may be retrofitted wholly or in part but lack of relevant design information or engineering experience.In this paper,the whole process of secondary retrofitting design and analysis adopting energy dissipation technology is described combined with an out-of-code high-rise building which has been retrofitted for several times.The design and analysis process can provide reference significance to subsequent similar projects.
