完善政府促进地方本科高校学生就业政策的思考

摘　　要：政府的高校管理政策和就业政策直接关系到大学生的就业:正确处理政府、市场与大学的关系,进一步完善政府对大学生就业的政策性支撑.建立高校管理与就业联动机制、教育资源投入与就业联动机制、经济发展与就业联动机制、政府促进就业创业责任机制,规范就业市场秩序,将有效促进地方本科高校大学生就业。The government's university management policies and employment policies are directly related to the employment of university graduates.As a consequence,it is of great importance for us to correctly handle the relationship among government,market and university,and further strengthen the policy-guided support to university graduates'employment.In addition,we should establish the linkage mechanism between university management and employment,the linkage mechanism between educational resource investment and employment,the linkage mechanism between economic development and employment and the responsibility mechanism of government promoting employment and entrepreneurship.Finally,we may regulate employment market order and effectively promote the employment of local university graduates.
