摘 要:为研究如何利用社会网络促进高校教师隐性知识转移,分析社会网络与高校教师隐性知识转移的关联性,探讨社会网络环境下高校教师隐性知识转移的影响因素,包括强弱联结、社会资本、结构洞等。提出社会网络环境下高校教师隐性知识转移的实现路径,主要包括:构建利于隐性知识共享的校园文化氛围;搭建高校教师隐性知识转移与共享的网络技术平台;培育并管理高校教师社会关系网络;注重高校教师隐性知识转移效果的评估与反馈。In order to study how to use the social network to promote the transfer of college teachers’ tacit knowledge,this paper analyzes the relationship between the social network and the transfer of college teachers’ tacit knowledge,and discusses the influencing factors of the transfer of college teachers’ tacit knowledge under the social network environment,including the strong weak connection,social capital,structural holes,etc. It also puts forward the ways to realize the transfer of college teachers’ tacit knowledge under the social network environment,which mainly includes: building a campus culture atmosphere conducive to tacit knowledge sharing,building a network technology platform for the transfer and sharing of college teachers’ tacit knowledge,cultivating and managing the social relationship network of college teachers,and paying attention to the evaluation and feedback of the transfer effect of college teachers’ tacit knowledge.
