摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下重新对医学职业精神进行解读,医学职业精神是医学科学精神、医学人文精神与敬业精神的完美结合。实习生作为医学院校的一个特殊群体,由于疫情带来的职业困惑,应该引起教师的关注。以勇敢逆行者为榜样,树立正确的价值导向,加强专业技术学习、构建三位一体的医学职业精神教学体系,探索讲解-模拟-练习-沟通-支持(explain-simulate-practice-communication-support,ESPCS)实习带教是重塑医学实习生职业精神的有效措施。Medical professionalism is the perfect combination of medical science spirit,medical humanities spirit and professional spirit.As a special group in medical colleges and universities,medical interns should attract teachers'attention due to the occupational confusion caused by the epidemic.Taking the brave"countermarching people"as examples,establishing the correct value orientation,strengthening the study of professional expertise,building a trinity teaching system of medical professionalism,and exploring ESPCS(explain-simulate-practice-communication-support)practice teaching are effective measures to reshape the professionalism of medical interns.
