摘　　要：基于文献梳理,介绍"创新价值链"的概念,并对"创新价值链""创新过程"和"知识价值链"的概念进行辨析。随后围绕知识来源、知识转化、知识利用3个环节,分别对创新价值链相关研究进行评述,并且在数字化转型的背景下提出创新价值链的新模型,阐述数字化知识网络如何形成。最后提出未来创新价值链的3个研究方向,即数字化创新过程或具体形式、数字化知识网络中的参与者类型及约束条件、数字化创新能力和资源协调能力。以期对中国创新价值链的研究和实践提供有益的启示。Based on previous literature, this paper first introduces the concept of "innovation value chain", and distinguishes three terms: "innovation value chain", "innovation process" and "knowledge value chain". Then the paper reviews the research on innovation value chain, focusing on knowledge source, knowledge transformation and knowledge utilization, conceptually presents the new innovation value chain model, and also explains how to form digital knowledge network in the context of digital transformation. Finally the paper proposes three research directions of future innovation value chain, namely the process of digital innovation or the specific forms, the types of participants or constraints in the digital knowledge network, and digital capabilities to coordinate resources. The paper aims to provide beneficial enlightenment to the research and practice of domestic innovation value chain.
