试析远程教育服务农村干部素养提升的策略

摘　　要：农村发展是一个系统复杂的工程,农村干部的综合素养是影响新农村建设和乡村振兴的重要因素。信息化时代,开展农村干部素养提升服务需要充分发挥现代远程教育的优势,从远程教育的主体、对象、方式和内容入手提供系统的服务,调整远程教育服务模式、优化远程教育服务要素、拓展干部素养提升层次和建立交流学习实训基地,有效提升农村干部的素养。Rural development is a systematic and complex project.The comprehensive literacy of rural cadres is an important factor that affects the construction of new countryside and the revitalization of rural areas.In the information age,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of modern distance education and provide systematic services from the main body,object,method and content of distance education.In order to effectively improve the theoretical literacy,knowledge level,labor skills and management ability of rural cadres,expand the distance education service field,and improve and optimize the function of distance education service to the society,this paper puts forward some improvement measures,such as adjusting the service mode of distance education,optimizing the service elements of distance education,expanding the level of cadres’quality and establishing the base of communication,learning and training.
