天麻对高脂大鼠降血脂的实验研究

摘　　要：目的为探究天麻对高脂大鼠降血脂的作用及其剂量敏感度。方法为通过高脂膳食法对60只大白鼠进行4周的造模,随机分为空白对照组、空白高脂组、阳性对照组(辛伐他汀),天麻15g/副、30g/副、45g/副组,灌胃给药4周,测定TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的含量。结果:天麻剂量组与阳性对照组,均起到降血脂的作用。结论:天麻对高脂大鼠具有降血脂的作用且在30g/副作用效果最好。Objective:To investigate the effect and dose sensitivity of gastrodiaelata on hyperlipidemia in rats.Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into blank control group,blank high-fat group,positive control group(simvastatin),gastrodiaelata 15 g/dose,30 g/dose,45 g/dose group by high-fat diet method.The medicine was given to the stomach for four weeks and the content of TC,TG,ldl-c and hdl-c was determined.Results:Both the astrodiaelata dose group and positive control group had the effect of lowering blood lipid.Conclusion:Gastrodiaelata has the effect of lowering blood lipid and it works best at 30 g/dose.
