摘　　要：目的探讨Tip60蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)组织中的表达情况及其与患者预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测82例EOC组织、37例良性卵巢病变组织和31例健康卵巢组织标本中Tip60蛋白的表达情况,分析Tip60蛋白的表达与EOC患者临床特征及5年生存情况的关系。结果EOC组织中Tip60蛋白的高表达率低于良性卵巢病变组织和健康卵巢组织(P﹤0.05)。不同年龄、组织类型、国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期、淋巴结转移情况和合并腹腔积液情况的EOC患者EOC组织中Tip60蛋白的高表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);组织学分级为G1~2级的EOC患者EOC组织中Tip60蛋白的高表达率高于组织学分级为G3级的EOC患者(P﹤0.05)。Log-rank检验结果显示,Tip60低表达患者的5年生存率明显低于Tip60高表达患者(P﹤0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,FIGO分期高、组织学分级高和存在淋巴结转移是EOC患者5年生存率的危险因素(P﹤0.05),Tip60高表达是EOC患者5年生存率的保护因素(P﹤0.05)。结论Tip60的表达与EOC的发生、发展密切相关,可作为评估EOC患者预后的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Tip60 in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC)and analyze its relationship with prognosis of patients.Method The expression of Tip60 in 82 cases with EOC,37 cases with benign ovarian lesions and 31 cases with normal ovarian tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry assay.The relationship between the expression of Tip60 and the clinical features and 5-year overall survival of EOC patients were analyzed.Result The expression of Tip60 in EOC tissues was significantly lower than that in either benign ovarian lesions or normal ovarian tissues(P<0.05).The expression of Tip60 protein did not show statistically significant differences in EOC tissues from patients with different ages,tissue types,International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stages,lymph node metastasis and combined ascites(P>0.05).The high expression rate of Tip60 in tissues from EOC patients whose histological grade was G1-2 was higher than that of EOC patients whose histological grade is G3(P<0.05).Log-rank test showed that the 5-year survival rate of patients with low Tip60 expression was significantly shorter than that of patients with high Tip60 expression(P<0.01).Multivariate analysis showed that high FIGO staging,high histological grade and lymph node metastasis were risk factors affecting the 5-year overall survival of EOC patients(P<0.05),and Tip60 high expression was a protective factor for 5-year overall survival of EOC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Tip60 is closely related to the initial and progression of EOC,which means Tip60 could be used as a reference marker for the prediction of the patients prognosis.
