前列消癥汤辅助治疗前列腺癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨前列消癥汤辅助治疗前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法依据治疗方法的不同将60例前列腺癌患者分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,观察组患者接受常规西医联合前列消癥汤治疗。治疗2个月后,比较两组患者的临床症状评分、生活质量及体力状况改善情况。结果治疗2个月后,观察组患者排尿困难、血尿、尿痛、咳嗽、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组患者的生活质量及体力状况改善率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在治疗前列腺癌患者时,可采用前列消癥汤进行辅助治疗,能够改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量和体力状况,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qianlie Xiaozheng decoction in the adjunctive therapy for prostate cancer.Method A total of 60 prostate cancer patients were included in the research as control group or study group,with 30 cases in each,patients in control group were given conventional western medicines,while patients in study group were treated with Qianlie Xiaozheng decoction in addition to western medicines.All patients were treated for 2 months,and then the clinical symptom score,quality of life and improvement of performance status of the two groups were compared.Result After treatment for 2 months,the scores of dysuria,hematuria,urodynia,cough and pain were lower in study group versus control group,with statistically significant differences noted(P<0.05),besides,the percentage of patients with improved quality of life and performance status was significantly higher in study group compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of prostate cancer patients,Qianlie Xiaozheng decoction can be used as adjuvant treatment,which may improve the symptoms of prostate cancer,ameliorate the quality of life and performance status,and enhance the therapeutic effects.
