摘 要:以一台感应推进电机为例,分析在逆变器供电情况下电机气隙中径向旋转电磁力波性质,并构建电机的二维场路耦合计算模型以便与解析解相互验证;建立电机准确的三维有限元结构谐响应分析模型,并将旋转力波作为激励进行仿真计算,得到在不同性质力波作用下结构的响应结果。现场实测与分析计算结果有较好的符合性,所提计算方法和结果具有一定的工程参考价值,为感应电机的减振降噪提供一些参考。Taking the inverter-fed induction propulsion motor as an example,its radial electromagnetic rotational force wave in the air-gap was analyzed.The result was verified by a 2D field-circuit coupling model.On this basis,a 3D finite element model for harmonic response analysis of the motor was established.The rotational force wave was applied as the excitation to simulation analysis and the corresponding structural responses were obtained.The vibration test of the prototype was carried out,and the simulation results were in a good agreement with the test results.The research method can be taken as a reference for the vibration reduction analysis of induction motors.
