摘 要:在船用橡胶隔振器使用寿命周期内,环境条件(紫外线、臭氧与热老化)对其动态性能的影响作用不容忽视,以船用BX型橡胶隔振器为研究对象,采用强化疲劳试验的方法模拟船用隔振器的寿命周期,研究在隔振器寿命周期内紫外线、臭氧与热老化3种环境因素对隔振器静刚度、动刚度以及机械阻抗特性的影响,通过分析得出:在船用寿命周期内,在环境因素作用下隔振器静刚度一般会减小,而动刚度变化情况不一致,并且其变化情况与橡胶配方存在一定关系;隔振器经过环境因素作用后,其静刚度与动刚度若没有明显变化,则其机械阻抗与声学性能也相应没有发生明显变化。该结论在现实工程中具有一定的参考意义。In the lifespan of the rubber isolator,the influence of environmental factors,such as ultraviolet radiation,ozone and thermal ageing,on its dynamic property should be considered.In this study,the lifespan of a BX rubber isolator is simulated by intensive fatigue experiment.The influence of three kind of environmental factors of ultraviolet radiation,ozone and thermal ageing on the static stiffness,dynamic stiffness and mechanical impedance is studied.Through the analysis,it is found that in the lifespan of the rubber isolator under the influence of the environmental factors,its static stiffness is usually decreased,while the variation tendency of the dynamic stiffness is complicated and related to the rubber compound.If the static stiffness and the dynamic stiffness of the rubber isolator is nearly unchanged under the impact of the environmental factors,its mechanical impedance and the acoustic performance are also nearly unchanged.This conclusion may have a reference significance for engineering practice.
