摘  要:为研究中性点电抗器的抗震性能,以人工合成波为激励对一台样机进行振动台抗震试验,测试其本体及套管、储油柜的动态特性及地震响应,分析套管的安全系数。同时运用ANSYS Workbench,以El-Centro波、Taft波以及人工合成波为输入对中性点电抗器进行时程仿真分析,并将试验结果与数值仿真进行对比。结果表明该中性点电抗器在0.4 g地震加速度作用下具有足够的安全裕度,可以满足产品的抗震性能要求,验证了中性点电抗器抗震性能数值仿真的有效性,有助于产品的抗震设计。In order to study the anti-seismic performance of a neutral reactor,shaking-table test of a prototype of the neutral reactor was performed with artificial wave as the excitation.The dynamic characteristic and seismic response of the neutral reactor’s body,bushings and oil conservator were tested,and the safety factors of bushings were analyzed.Meanwhile,by means of ANSYS Workbench,with El-Centro wave,Taft wave and artificial wave as the input,time history analysis of the neutral reactor was simulated.The results of simulation were compared with those of the test.It is shown that the neutral reactor has sufficient safety margin when earthquake acceleration reached 0.4 g,which can meet the requirement of the anti-seismic performance of the reactor products.The validity of the numerical simulation for the anti-seismic performance of neutral point reactor is also verified,which is helpful to the anti-seismic design of reactor products.
